1. Overview
This policy applies to all products purchased from Ailin Home (https://xz0913.online). Our aim is that your order arrives intact and as described. If there is a quality problem or shipping damage, we will handle it under this policy.
退货申请自您签收商品之日起 30 天内 提出有效，逾期恕不受理。
2. Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following:
- Requested within 30 days of delivery, with the order number
- Unused and unassembled, in a resalable condition
- Original packaging, fittings, instructions and any included gifts retained
- Photos or video documenting the issue, where quality or damage is involved
3. How to start a return
Contact us at 2936828435@qq.com or through the Contact Us page, including your order number, the reason for return, and photos or video of the item and packaging. We reply within 2 business days with the next steps. Please do not ship anything back before we confirm.
4. Return shipping costs
Sofas are bulky items and international return shipping is expensive, so please confirm size and colour before ordering. Costs are shared as follows:
- For quality problems, wrong items or shipping damage, we cover the cost
- 因个人原因（如不喜欢、尺寸不合适、改变主意）导致的退货，往返运费及可能产生的关税由您承担
- We can help arrange a carrier pickup, but the cost is payable by you
5. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we initiate the refund within 3 to 5 business days. It is returned to your original payment method; the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider, usually 5 to 10 business days.
If the item has a minor flaw and you prefer to keep it, we can agree a partial refund based on how noticeable the flaw is.
6. Damage or wrong item
Please inspect the packaging on delivery. If it is visibly damaged, photograph it and refuse the delivery, then contact us within 48 hours. Once verified, we will resend the item free of charge or refund you in full.
If the item you received does not match your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery; we will bear all costs involved.
7. What cannot be returned
- Requests made after the 30-day window
- Items that have been assembled, used or damaged by the customer
- Items missing their original packaging or key fittings
- Custom-made or pre-order items, which are produced to your specification
- Fading, warping or damage caused by not following the care instructions
